Notes

Matters needing attention in international transportation.

In the international shipment, the International Airbill and Commercial Invoice (1 original and 2 copies) are necessary documents.
Shipping date is also an important thing, if you made the EEI, please ship your package out on the scheduled date (the date is reported in the AES).
If your goods are over 150 lbs (single box), we suggest you to use pallet rather than using moving box. The pallet will keep your goods much safer.
If you want to transport some fragile goods or irregular shaped goods, we suggest that you attach a fragile label to the outer box.

Necessary information for Creating the Shipping label

1. The sender's information (zipcode, sender name and phone number).
2. The destination information (zipcode, consignee's name and phone number).
3. The weight and dimension of each box(or pallet).
4. The goods info(brand, number of products, value).

Necessary information for Making EEI

In addition to all the information in the previous item, We also need Export company name and EIN.

International Payment

In the U.S.A, we accept wire-transfer to our bank account. This method is also available to our international customer.
If you choose Paypal, we will charge you extra 8% transaction fee.
In China, we accept Alipay as the payment method, the extra transaction fee is 2% per occurrence.
